About Me

I’m Natalie Milom, LCSW, and I'm a Macro Social Worker. I've been the Chief Executive of two nonprofits and worked in senior leadership for other nonprofits over the past decade. I'm incredibly passionate about helping the leaders of 501c3 nonprofits, community collaborations, and coalitions simplify their work, create systems that enable them to thrive at fulfilling their missions, and balance their lives.

After obtaining my MSW, I founded and obtained a $4 million federal grant as a brand new organization! I've also secured millions of dollars in individual donations, corporate sponsorships, and events. Further, I've facilitated strategic planning and led organizations and programs to attain national accreditation, one in record timing and with an impeccable audit!

As a Clinical Social Worker, I've developed and implemented clinical programs for families surviving trauma that received state funding. I currently run a private practice specializing in serving children, tweens, teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing relational trauma. As a TBRI® practitioner, I coach parents and professionals on how to create felt safety for children surviving trauma and improve their connections.

I bring my skills and expertise to my courses to help you go further faster in your work.  I can't wait to "see you" in class!
